Robyn heads the HR Navigation Team. Robyn’s expertise and vast senior HRM experience fuels a proactive and pragmatic approach which is used to analyse our clients' strengths and weaknesses and work to prevent workplace issues from arising. Robyn also has extensive experience in business/employment law with a focus on business design for emerging IR issues, including workplace flexibility under a changing IR system. Robyn is a qualified workplace trainer who has developed and delivered training packages across Australia. Robyn is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) which is the highest level of professional membership awarded to only a select number of HR Professionals in Australia. Robyn has a Bachelor of Business and post graduate studies including a MBA and Master of Business Law specialising in Employment Law.
