Who We Are
HR Navigation was established by Robyn Anderson to address the real need for practical HR solutions within small to medium size businesses today. Robyn Anderson is a Human Resources professional with experience nationally.

Robyn Anderson (Managing Director)
Robyn heads the HR Navigation Team. Robyn’s expertise and vast senior HRM experience fuels a proactive and pragmatic approach which is used to analyse our clients' strengths and weaknesses and work to prevent workplace issues from arising. Robyn also has extensive experience in business/employment law with a focus on business design for emerging IR issues, including workplace flexibility under a changing IR system. Robyn is a qualified workplace trainer who has developed and delivered training packages across Australia. Robyn is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) which is the highest level of professional membership awarded to only about 300 HR Professionals. Robyn has a Bachelor of Business and post graduate studies including a MBA and Master of Business Law specialising in Employment Law.


David Chapman (Consultant)
David has a policing background and many years of senior investigative experience combined with business/employment law knowledge. David is a highly experienced and credible investigator who you can confidently rely on to solve your problems. David is an accredited mediator and relishes the opportunity to assist clients in resolving workplace conflict and disputes. David's focus is on areas of employer risk and liability on issues surrounding OH&S, workplace stress, employee emotion management and protection from potential claims. David is a member of the Industrial Relations Society of Victoria (IRSV) and the Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA). David has post graduate studies in the Masters of Business Law and Executive Certificate of Workplace & Industrial Relations.
